Special Notice to all Visual Alert Users
All customers please note our new schedule for the annual user conferences. By popular demand we have moved the annual user conferences to the Spring as many have requested. The Fall presents too many potential schedule conflicts and for many it comes too late for annual budgetary planning meetings. Our newly established Focus meetings will take place in the Fall to help plan product development and programming activities for the following year. Keep checking here for the dates and locations of these upcoming events.

2010 User Conferences an Unqualified Success!
Metro Technology conducted two user conferences in 2010. The conferences were at the Penn State Great Valley Conference Center (http://www.sgps.psu.edu/conference) in Malvern, PA on April 15, 2010 and at the Regional Learning Alliance (www.theRLA.org) in Cranberry Township, PA on April 22, 2010. The events were both stimulating and informative for all attendees and Metro staff. Presentations covered new products, technology trends, best practices and training in the use of current releases. Metro staff enjoyed interacting with our many users from public safety agencies. We believe that everyone came away having learned something new. And Metro was stimulated by the many great ideas and suggestions from our loyal users.
