At MetroAlert, we know firsthand the dedication of the men and women who have moved up through the ranks to lead police departments in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We are privileged to have ongoing relationships with hundrds of them who trust us to provide and maintain the MetroAlert police software they use for records management, information sharing, resource management, computer aided dispatch and geographic systems.
In interviews with MetroAlert, each leader’s unique story unfolds in a Q&A format so that you can hear them tell their stories in their own words. The police leaders are asked what led them into law enforcement as a career, what experiences stand out from their time in the military, what has changed since their early years on the force, how technology impacts department performance, what challenges they currently confront, and more.
